ProColours Education for Diversity is a multicultural Youth Exchange organized by OWA Poland.
In 2007 the project gather in Poznan 20 young people from Germany, Greece, Italy and Poland.
The first Youth Exchange was based on exchanges between participants on the issue of racism as well as on non-formal education methods.
The participants took part in workshops and then run their own activities for other volunteers. After the first half of the Exchange, they went to local schools in order to raise awareness of the young pupils on the issue. A street action was also organized the same day in order to interpellate more individuals and start a discussion with some of them. This long day ended with the organization of a concert which gather about 300 people.
The campaign was then taken into the university where a movie - 'Blue eyed', by Bertram Verhaag - was shown and discussed with the public.
Activities in schools took also place before the exchange with the organization of an art contest and after with the realization of an exhibition.
