PVP Background and Guidelines

The intercultural dimension of all workcamps makes them a peace promoting experience, but in PVP camps the volunteers are encouraged to meditate, debate and act on peace issues such as the political, social and economic causes of war, and pacifist models of non violent conflict resolution.

The following files will provide you with more details on what makes a workcamp a PVP project and some guidelines on how to make it work in practise.

We would like to encourage you to emphasize the pacifist approach in the organization of workcamps.
